Principle of low-pressure steam brewing

Low-pressure steam is used to heat the various water tanks and brewing tanks required for beer production. It replaces high-pressure steam with the same results. All steam tanks and pipes are exempt from the constraints of pressure vessel standards (EN 2014-68-EU)
