These are superheated low-pressure steam generators (from 130 to 230°C, depending on requirements), i.e. the steam is produced at a higher temperature than the change-of-state temperature, so that it does not change state during transport. In fact, it releases most of its energy during its transformation from steam to water, which must take place at the point of use and not in the pipes.
For some applications, steam is not superheated, but simply saturated (near the 107-110°C change point).
